His experience spans both ASX listed and large private businesses, including Aldi, Coles, Woolworths, and Sigma Healthcare in the capacity of Managing Director, COO and CEO.

Christian is a transaction specialist with a strategic focus. His expertise lies in identifying emerging opportunities and unlocking the value of sites, structuring financially viable deals, and leveraging relationships to ‘join the dots’ for both landowners and purchasers.
Christian understands the psyche of a developer and is known for his extensive, research-backed due diligence to minimise risk for the purchaser and showcase the site’s optimum return.

Eric started in real estate in 1969 and opened his own agency, Nicholas Lauder, six years later. Over the next 24 years, Eric built his agency to be recognised as the leader in marketing residential land estates in the northeast region.
