2022
Today we are Victoria's number 1 property agency and Platinum Research Partner of the UDIA. We have a lot yield in excess of 37,000 and are currently active on 40+ projects. Our annual client sales are in excess of 6,000 lots and more than $2.2 billion.

We are now bringing our industry-leading, data-driven approach to the SEQ property market.
2021
We have grown year on year, constantly innovating and expanding our expertise. Now, with greater demand for our strategic guidance, it’s time to expand our vision in Victoria and beyond.

Our new brand mark reflects our ambition and continuous journey, always driven and moving forward.
2016
We reached a milestone and grew to a team of over 100 passionate professionals.

With this expansion came a relocation to a new custom-designed workplace on York Street, South Melbourne to ensure our people achieve the highest level of service and results for our valued clients.
2012
In a rapidly evolving market, we recognised the significant opportunity to leverage the international sales arena and created our dedicated Portfolio division.

This division provides deep market knowledge and access to our industry networks to help international and local investors grow their property portfolios.
2008
We moved to South Melbourne, coinciding with the launch of a new division, Project Marketing. This division's focus was on supporting the planning, sales and marketing of smaller lots and medium-density opportunities within our existing estates.

Project Marketing quickly expanded to include a dedicated Medium Density division focusing on townhouse and apartment developments.
1998
We opened our St Kilda Road office, driven by our growing team and the increasing uptake of our innovative approach to marketing subdivisions and estate management.

Our Research & Data division was formed in response to the dynamic market’s focus on achieving greater density on our estates, therefore requiring a critical demand for our knowledge and professional advice on market trends.
1994
We opened our first office in Doncaster, Victoria with the aim to provide a new data-driven approach to marketing residential subdivisions across Melbourne.

Our first division, Transactions & Advisory, was created to source acquisition opportunities for our developer clients.

Peter has over 40 years of board experience in both the UK and Australia. He has previously held senior positions across several national and international companies, including Fosters’ Brewing Group, Corecon, Ferrier Hodgson, Betworks, BRB Group and Locomotion Australia Pty Ltd.

His extensive board and business experience gives him a unique perspective to best enhance RPM Group’s value proposition and overall profitability.

His experience spans both ASX listed and large private businesses, including Aldi, Coles, Woolworths, and Sigma Healthcare in the capacity of Managing Director, COO and CEO.

Gary has a strong reputation for building and executing long-term strategy to improve customer and user experience.

Christian is a transaction specialist with a strategic focus. His expertise lies in identifying emerging opportunities and unlocking the value of sites, structuring financially viable deals, and leveraging relationships to ‘join the dots’ for both landowners and purchasers.

Christian understands the psyche of a developer and is known for his extensive, research-backed due diligence to minimise risk for the purchaser and showcase the site’s optimum return.

Peter has played an integral part in the growth and success of RPM for over 15 years. He was key in establishing our Project Marketing, Portfolio, and Property Management divisions. Peter and his team are closely involved in the design of masterplanned estates, product mix and pricing, and strategic marketing for the lifespan for each project.

Peter is recognised for his strategic approach, business development and negotiation skills, as well as providing a professional client experience.

Eric’s vision, based on integrity and commitment, has established RPM’s values.

Eric started in real estate in 1969 and opened his own agency, Nicholas Lauder, six years later. Over the next 24 years, Eric built his agency to be recognised as the leader in marketing residential land estates in the northeast region. In 1994, Eric established RPM to service the industry by marketing residential land. Decades on, RPM has grown to become an industry leader backed by an unwavering reputation.
