Speaking at The Urban Developer 2025 Greater Melbourne Residential Summit, Tim Hyland, National Strategy Manager of Transactions & Advisory (T&A), highlighted a trend published in our latest report. International capital is reengaging with Australia, and Melbourne is firmly in frame.
