				RPM Group Transactions & Advisory takes great pleasure announcing the unconditional sale of 185 Brookville Drive, Craigieburn – a landmark Data Centre Development site in the heart of Melbourne’s booming northern industrial precinct.
Located directly adjacent to the future Donnybrook Terminal Station and Hume Freeway, the site generated immense interest when offered to the market, with enquiries coming from Singapore, Japan, the United States and a wide range of local development groups and investment funds.
RPM’s Victorian Sales Director, Zaynoun Melhem, spoke to the strength of the sales campaign: “185 Brookville Drive is one of the most significant industrial sites in Melbourne and arguably the most strategic from a data centre perspective. Six competitive offers were received with the leading bidder undertaking substantial due diligence guided by RPM Group’s industry-leading data and intelligence”.
The site was transacted for $70,000,000, with a land rate of $452/sqm. “The ability to achieve such a strong result for our vendors, who have held the land for more than three decades, is something that we take a lot of pride in. The landowners entrusted RPM with their greatest asset, and we delivered a result which exceeded all expectations”, Melhem said.
